Litespeed has a new policy, I believe it is about a year old now.
You can no longer purchase just a frame set. You must purchase
a complete bike.
If you are going to purchase an expensive bike, you should
be able to pick out the components you want.
What are your thoughts?

Wow, that sucks. I have a Litespeed Catalyst. I bought it the last year they made that model, back when it was the bottom of the line, and even then you could buy just the frameset. I'm a big fan of Litespeed now, and I'd buy a new one in a heartbeat, but not if I couldn't swap over some of my parts and save a few bucks. Too bad. It seems like when companies get big, they start making decisions that are more about profits than what's good for brand loyalty. I'm sure the markup on components are huge, so that's what it's all about.
