I've had worse luck than in the past with conti sprinters,
getting a lot of flats. Are the competitions a lot better?
Other brands you guys have had good luck with lately?? I
also tried a set of tufo S3 lites with the sealant....got a
flat after 5 rides.. Thx!

I don't know what caused your flat, but next time use the sealant *after* you have the flat. I carry one of those tiny valve tools and a small tube of sealant in one of my jersey pockets. I haven't needed it yet.

flats, maybe one, two per year. Perhaps ya ought to learn to
repair them, not hard at all. Seam ripper, patches, fat

Comps are going to offer marginally more flat protection
than Sprinters. They have an extra belt under the tread. For training, I'd ride the S22s (250g)... IF you flat,
you're out $20 not $80.HTH,
