  1. I have taken the faux french toast recipe and adapted it this way

2 tbsp ricotta cheese (full fat)
    1 packet spenda
    1 egg
1 tbsp atkins bake mix or soy flour
    nutmeg
    pumpkin pie spice
    splash of sf vanilla syrup
mix well and pour into 8 in teflon pan with melted butter. spread like a big
pancake. cover and let bake on top of stove until set enough to flip with
    large spatula.

fitday pc places the breakdown at
    356 cals
    28 g fat
    6 g carb
    20 g protein.

yummy, slightly sweet and is a nice change from eggs for breakfast.

Let me guess. JC said toast isn't low carb? I'm only having to guess
because you don't quote, so it looks like you are talking to yourself.
Google will let you quote but you have to use the 'show options' link to

I like it better when no one quotes that idiot. I've got him kill-filed and
that's the way I like him---ignored and silent.
