  1. Pumpkin Bread

    3 1/2 cups flour
    3 cups sugar
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1 can (15 ounce) canned pumpkin
    1 cup vegetable oil
    2/3 cup water
    4 eggs
    1 2/3 cups (10 ounce package Reese's Peanut Butter Chips
    1 cup chopped nuts
    1 cup raisins (optional)

    Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 8 1/2 x 4 - 1/2 x 2 - 1/2
    inch loaf pans. Stir together flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and
    cinnamon; set aside. Stir together pumpkin, oil, water, and eggs in a
    large bowl; gradually add dry ingredients, stirring until well blended.
    Stir in peanut butter chips, nuts, and raisins. Pour evenly into
    prepared pans. Bake 55 to 65 minutes. Cool in pans for 10 minutes.
    Remove from pans to wire racks. Cool completely. Makes 3 loaves.
