  1. I just got a Marzocchi EXR Pro Air. The manual says the travel can be adjusted from 85, 105 to 120mm. But it doesnt say how. It only says i should pump 30-40psi for my 55kg weight.

I mailed marzocchi but they have yet to reply. CAn anyone pls help me with this? How much should I pump or (not pump) to get these settings?

    Thank you

  2. The air pressure has nothing to do with the travel settings. You just pump in the appropriate pressure for your weight regardless. To change the travel on marzocchi coil forks you had to buy the proper size spring kit for the fork. I don't know about the air ones but it will require some dissassembly of the fork. If you want a fork with external travel adjust you need a Rock Shox with U-turn, Fox Talas, or Manitou with Rapid Travel Adjust/Wind Down.
