Anyone know a good online resource for working through all the different
exercise variations there are for the pullup?
McRobert's technique book only has the one standard variation, and I know
that you can vary grips, handwidths etc in order to work different areas.
I've had a quick google, but there doesn't seem to be much decent material
on technique and the associated information/advice. Any ideas?
