Anybody ever been pulled over for exceding the legal speed limit on their bike? I got pulled over for doing 20 in a 15 this morning. I just look at the cop like he was insane. He wrote me a warning and told me to slow down so I wouldn't hurt myself.😎

I got some trouble for speading in 97. Did 84kph in a 60 zone... i was on a 1000 km fundraising tour. We knew the cops were hiding at the bottom of a hill as you come into town, so a buddy and myself just had to.... no other way about it. They ended up pulling over our support vehicle and wanted to know who was at the front of the bunch (about 30 of us in the bunch). The cops weren't happy at all. Well how do you know who is in front if you are at the back in a support vehicle????(They knew, but enjoyed the joke anyhow) The cops ended up hassling us the rest of the day. What a joke. Luckily I didn't get fined, but the tour management did give me a certificate. Think I got a F for effort....lol still smile about.

I have to that thats insane, for any cop to pull over a bicyclist, thats so far fetched and i know that car fines to apply the same. even a speeding ticket on a snowmobile is just a fine. but i guess some people have to much time on there hands
