  1. Hello!

This my first visit to this group so forgive me if my question is often
    asked.
I have been doing weight training on and off for about 10 years ( I am
now 32) but have never really taken it seriously enough to get
technical with my diet. I am aware that increased quantities of protein
are required to repair muscle after training but how do you know how
    much protein is required?
I currently have a balanced diet (I think) and always maintain a steady
weight. Is there any way I can test to see if my body is getting enough
    protein to facilitate muscle growth?

    Thanks for reading this.
    Stuart.
