Protein drinks are not on the acceptable list and we don't recommend
them. If your going to add them in OWL, be very careful and make sure
you stay in ketosis.
Whey is made from eggs and soy is made from SOY and personally I don't
like the taste of soy product. I don't know which is better but I do
know there have been some studies about eating to much soy.
I never use these products.
Maltodextrin is the sweet that they use I think
I would recommend doing a completely clean induction and then
experimenting with this if you feel that you need to add more protein
to your menu.
