Breakfast Smoothies (good source of protien)

    1 banana
    1/2 cup orange juice
    1/2 cup soymilk
    1 - 2 Tbsp wheat germ
    optional: 2 Tbsp protien powder
1 cup frozen fruit of choice
    5 ice cubes

    Blend until smooth, and serve.

    Breakfast Sandwich

    1/2 apple, sliced thin
3 slices cheddar cheese (or you can use Swiss, Muenster, Havarti, or
    Jack...)
    1 slice tomato
    1 handful chopped nuts
    1 tsp dijon mustard

Place all ingredients on the halves of a toasted English Muffin. Run under
the broiler briefly to melt cheese. Eat open faced. Also a suggestion for
meats: try the Morningstar Farms link of vegetarian sausages and meats.
they have no nitrates. Another good breakfast sandwich is a veggie-sausage
and cheese on a biscuit, with maybe some cream gravy on it. Grated cheese
in the biscuits, if you make them yourself, will increase the protien
content. Make a quiche the night before and heat it up or eat it at room
temperature. Eat cereal sprinkled with wheat germ and chopped nuts, with
    real milk or soymilk.
