John Williams, your input would be most helpful.

I won't offer much input until after I have seen an indictment. The
blathering of news reporters on legal issues is as inaccurate and
sensationalistic as it is for medical/scientific findings. I have
already commented that the substances which PA is alleged to have
produced were not specifically designated as anabolic steroids under
the USC, and if the US Attorney's Office wants to convict him of
trafficking in controlled substances, they may have some difficulty in
proving the catch-all provision. I discussed that subject years ago
in the article that Rick Collins and I wrote for Mesomorphosis:

    http://www.mesomorphosis.com/articles/collins/prohormones-and-legal-issues.htm

However, I have read that PA is charged with other counts that may be
easier to prove. If anyone has a copy of the actual indictment (which
has apparently been distributed liberally to all the new services), I
would like to take a look at it.
