I am riding elite amateur next year.
Right now I am doing 1/2 3hr rides a week. It's the off season. Plan to start indoor L4 sessions from Nov 1. Too tired from last season right now.
working full time until year end at least, so won't be doing any more than 10-12 hr a week this year.
