Here's the response to a query I emailed to Zappo re your boots:

Thank you for contacting the Zappos.com Customer Loyalty Team.

I called Propet to see if you could get the Peak boots in the U.K. The
customer representative I spoke with told me that she just had a
customer from the England who purchased the Peak boots through a
company called 'Speacial Features.' She did not have a lot of
information though, so I told her I would refer you to them.
