Has anybody out there every used "prolotherapy" on their shoulders?
In this therapy, a weak anesthetic is injected into tendons near the bone to cause some irritation and swelling, which the body then repairs. It's a trigger mechanism to get a positive response. Without it, areas of the body which don't get much blood flow just keep on staying injured.
My left shoulder is chronically sore and much weaker than the other arm. So I'm curious about this treatment.
