I 'm going to be in Belgium for the first two days of the TDF. Does anyone have any suggestions were to go to get infromation on start times and specific locations to view the first two days?

I wouldn't bother with them they still haven't updated their website with the detailed route and its les than 2 weeks to go.
I would try to get hold of one of the guides. There are plenty out there in all languages now so a trip to a major bookstore/newsagent might be an idea.
Anyway the prologue starts right in the centre of Liege and then goes down to the river and back into the centre again.
