  1. I had been taking M1T until my BP went through the roof (for me
anyway, I'm usually normal and went to like 138/100)

I'm back to normal now and even ephedra doesn't affect my BP as I take
a reading every morning and every evening to make sure and cycle
ephedra one month on, one month off.

So as to not re-introduce BP issues when I go off of my next ephedra
cycle I'm going to go back to my prohormones to build my muscle.
However, I am curious about ways to do this.

I used to take prohormones every day for a month. I would stack M1T
    (2 a day) with transdermal Derma-Ject and 1 of each Methyl-D and 1-AD.

What happens if you just take it on days you lift if you lift 3 days a
    week?

What happens if you just take it on the weekend?

Has anyone tried something like this?

  2. Are you over 30? Is your test naturally low? From what I understand
these prohormones are of little use if not.

Just stay away from steroids. Steroids are for pussies who dont have
the courage to do 7-10 years hard lifting for an awesome physique.
