About 1,700 ARC lithium ion bicycle light batteries, manufactured by GP
Batteries International Ltd., because the batteries can overheat, which can
pose a fire or burn hazard. The batteries are found in Light & Motion 2004
ARC Li-Ion HID lights. The lights have black casings and have "ARC" and
"LIGHT & MOTION" printed on them in yellow type. The recall includes
batteries with a manufacturer date code of 1003 or 1103, which is stamped on
the bottom of the battery.
