I've never experienced this before, but when I try to access the Cox
news server, news.west.cox.net, I get the following message:
502 Maximum number of connections reached. (Tornado v1.0.7.392)
The imbecile at Cox support at first did not even know what I was
referring to when I mentioned "news server".
After some behind the scenes debate, he came back on line and told me,
"I guess there are too many users trying to access it right now".
Funny thing about this was that I already had a connection established
and was reading rfc when it stopped responding and the message
appeared.
Oh well!
