Which is better in terms of helping digestation and reducing gas -- I
get TONS of that no matter what I eat, and I mean it comes from BOTH
ends!!!! Is either any helpful? If not, is there something else that
can help?

can help?Too much gas is either due to too much swallowed air or too much
bacterial fermentation. In this probiotics may help. Try a
multi-strain probiotic preparation and be sure that it has the proper
number of bacteria in it (many products are essentially dead and thus
useless...)Ralf
