Pro Tour Leader Jersey?

According to the UCI home page:

"A rider who is in first place in the individual ranking at the end of
the season will be the sacred winner of the UCI ProTour."

During the season, is the current ProTour leader going to get to wear a
special jersey during ProTour events to reflect his sacredness?
Just Wondering...

Kinda boring, isn't it ... White with a blue collar and silver sides? Just
a big logo space in the front for the team?

Oh joy!

They already are, of course, with 'Amore e Vita' (TT3, or what's it
called now, Continental Team?).
