  1. Been really enjoying my pressure cooker lately. Lots of wheatberry
    salad. Lots of soups (yesterday's was soybeans, ham, tomatoes, lots of
    veggies). A batch of condensed-milk dulce de leche. And right now I'm
    cooking some red potatoes to make into salad. This is really one useful
    toy.

    I did my pork and black soy beans in mine the other day.....

    Fantastic low carb eating and the beans (and pork rind) are ever so
