  1. Hi,

    I remember reading a little while ago someone had put up a spreadsheet that could predict TSS from expected time at certain power levels, or something like that. I'd like to use a tool like this - if someone has one or knows the URL, might they be able to post it?

    Cheers,

    RS

  2. There's this application that computes NP, IF and TSS for a workout cyclingforums.comt312293.html. And, IIRC frenchyge has an Excel spreadsheet that computes some or all of these statistics.

    Although not frenchyge, here is a spreadsheet...

    I changed the extension to .doc, so you will need to change it back to .xls...if it comes through... 🙄

    If not, pm me and I will send it.

    Cool. That's similar to mine.

    I've also been known to use the following thumbrules in a pinch:
    L2 --> IF=.80, 65 TSS/hr
    L3 --> IF=.90, 80 TSS/hr
    L4 --> IF=.95, 90 TSS/hr
    L5 --> IF=1.0, 100 TSS/hr

    But with all the good tools that people have created, I'm rarely in a pinch anymore. 🙂
