    Sorry I cannot recommend a web site with stretches, but I hope you know that like weight training, stretching may be counter productive if your aim is to become a better cyclist...

Stretching”, personally i never stretch pre or post, so i was interested in seeing if anyone had actually set down specific stretches for cyclists and what areas they targeted. The article concluded only post stretching strengthened muscles. But i assume warming up is stretching, i always cycle the first couple of 100m or so slowly with a lot of exaggerated movement to get the body ready for the ride.[/font][/font]
