  1. Praline Sweet Potatoes Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees F.

    4 cup mashed sweet potato - canned or fresh
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    2/2 cup dark brown sugar 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    4/4 tsp. grated or ground ginger
    5/2 tsp. salt 1 T. Pure vanilla extract 3 to 4 eggs - beaten lightly
    6/2 pint heavy cream
    7/4 lb. butter, melted 1 cup dark brown sugar
    8/2 cup flour 1 1/4 cup chopped pecans Butter one 2 quart casserole dish. Preheat oven to 350 F.

    Combine in a large mixing bowl: potatoes, sugar, spices, salt, vanilla, eggs, and cream. Blend well.
    Spread into buttered casserole dish evenly. Prepare topping by combining butter, brown sugar, flour,
    and pecans. Mix until crumbly and sprinkle over top of sweet potato mixture. Bake for 30 minutes.
