  1. This is my first posting.I'm also a runner and I'm in a similar
    situation to yours. I also have had an injury in my left leg. Now I
    can walk without pain but if I run, it hurts.My leg came to ache in
    the middle of November. The pain appeared suddenly when I was just
    walking, not when I was practicing. The cause of my case was the lack
    of calisthenics. I was pulling my mustle of leg by force and as a
    result,hurt them badly. The doctor says the exercize that I can do
    without hurting my leg is to swim or walk in a pool. This training is
    hard but reduces a damage to the leg. I'm supposed to join a marathon
    race in 2/6/2005. I think I'll have recovered by then.
