  1. during a download, an error was reported by cycling peaks.. took cpu out of cradle and it is no stuck on "host"... if i take the battery out will i lose my last ride?

anyone have any experience with this?

  2. Just popped the battery out of mine and the ride data did clear.

Host mode is caused by the cradle shorting the left (when looking at the back) two pins together. Have you tried using a paperclip or wire to briefly short those two together while it wasn't in the cradle, in hopes of getting it to snap out of host mode?
