Don't panic. The phrase "bike computer wheel magnet" refers to the magnet you are supposed to use on a non-PT rear wheel. In this setup the PT computer works just like an ordinary bicycle computer (i.e. without power readings).

So, you don't even have to run that test if you're not using a non-PT rear wheel.

    Cheers,

    many thanks for your answer,

so if all the tests pass successfully why the pt is not working properly ???

That, I'm afraid I have no idea. You're probably much better off contacting Saris' customer support directly, I would guess. Sorry.🙁

  5. I had the same issue yesterday in my first lap of a threshold ride (that lap was spoiled 🙁 )

The cause was fairly simple though. It was just the little antenna near the hub that was a bit off (usually, it's inclined a bit to the inside). I played with it a bit, and I didn't have anymore problem for the rest of the ride.

If like me, you put your bike in the trunk of the car to get to your training site, then this magnet/antenna may be off once in a while, as a result of the manipulation.
