which PT cradle do you have

    USB
    Serial
    Serial + USB adapter

  3. I have a serial + USB, can this cause a problem? I've been able to download my training.😄

I had this same problem yesterday. (pulling out the battery doesn't help usually)

Don't use the usb bootloader use the serial bootloader.

(continue to use the same set up serial + usb but just use the serial bootloader) NOT the usb bootloader.

put it in the cradle ( even if it says apLdr on the screen) then use the bootloader with the downloaded firmware for the unit.
either version - 4.0 ( for coded heart rate ) or 2.21 w/o coded heart rate.

let me know if it works 😠
