  1. Can anyone help me out with the likely cause of my current PT woes? I'm getting little or no data from the hub to the head unit; sometimes I get just the (virtual) cadence but the rest of the time they're not talking to each other at all. It came on last week with some big drop outs, then starting working again, then worked properly for a few days, then the drop outs got bigger until the current no data at all. It was raining heavily on one of the days, but was dry when the problems started.

I've changed the batteries in both the head unit and the hub, and I've tried my spare wire kit, all with no luck.

Anyone got any idea of what's got wrong - why should the virtual cadence continue to work when the speed and power don't? Is it likely to be the head unit or the hub?

    Email John at Paligap:

He's pretty quick at replying and can get answers from Saris quicker than if you contacted them directly.
