Thought this was an interesting concept.
Looks like CyclingPeaks is sponsoring a "Power Preme"
for a race in Virginia this week. Appears that riders have to upload their files each day and whatever the preme is for that day if the rider has the best 5 seconds or whatever, they win $500. Pretty sweet preme for racing with your powermeter. Interesting concept, wonder if they'll do it at other races.

Just caught your post.
We do indeed hope to do this with other races around the country (and internationally). The riders were all very excited about the competition, and 50 of 86 riders in the Tour of Shenendoah came with their power meters. The whole point of the preme was to promote racing, not just training, with a power meter, and we plan on doing it again. Not sure where or when, but we'll see.
