  1. I have been without a power meter for 3 weeks due to a technical problem and I have lost almost all motivation to train. Please help.

  4. Well, I'm totally screwed - ALL my power meters broke! My ergometer and my Polar S720i doesn't download anymore.

    Sell all your stuff to me for $50 if you're that unmotivated...
    ... otherwise just go ride your bike.

    Just go ride. If you want to ride your favorite hill as if you're following Contador and smash your brains out, do it. If you want to just ride because riding is ace, do it... Have fun.

    If it takes a piece of equipment on your bars flashing a number at you to get motivated - you're in the wrong sport. Those numbers are there to help you train, not be there to motivate you to train.
