  1. Hi All,

I am looking for some info - a good article or similar explaining about power (watts) cadence, torque and the relation between them.
What is the avarage power which a "normal" person in a good shape can produce, What about Torque ?? what is the recommended cadance for a good cardio workout ??
I am interested specifically at the physics behind cycling, and since I am an indoor cycling instructor I am constantly looking for methods to improve my classes and gain more knowledge.

Is it possible to install consumer / cadence power – meters on a “spinning” bike ??

    Thanks,

    😎

    David
