  1. Hi all, I'm a italian phisician and I'd ask to the group for my patient who undergone two yaers ago
to intestinal resection for little adenocancer of sigma. Then it was well until previous two weeks
when his intestinal tube was stopped. He was reoparated and the surgeon found a lot of adhesion in
all small bowell. After one week from the intervention the boweel not move yet. Was performed
another laparotomy. The second surgeon found more adhesion than the first time. The diagnosis was
fibrosis of peritoneus like Encapsulating peritonis. There's a center which treat this kind of
    problem? Thanks everyone. gian
