  1. Hey ladies and gents of the forum,
Having returned from my own 4 month trip, I've read the dear old forums I used in my research last year, and realized there was one significant addition I could make. This article is one that hit home with me, as it may with others who are suffering post-tour depression🙂 So those of you out there (like myself a month ago) who've got the end-of-trip blues, take heart. You're not alone, it will pass eventually, and you will enjoy the little things at home again -- at least until your next big trip!

  2. Dead link, try this one: bicycletouring101.comPlanningPostTourDepression.htm

I know the feeling. I get it after a camping trip, overseas holiday, motorbike trip, 4wding trip, basically any time you have to come back to reality after a nice adventure.

  3. Great article, I know that feeling all too well.
Whenever I dont anything to do, I still find myself looking (and day-dreaming) at the pictures I've stored on my PC.

  4. Can you please tell me who is fighting depression?
