Got a bit of a bargain today ( or at least I hope I have ).
Found a Post Moderne suspension post in Chevin Cycles in Otley today for a
tenner.
Couldn't remember the size of my post in the Galaxy so I bought it anyway.
Its 27.2mm and mine is 27.00mm.Haven't had chance to see if it fits yet but
whats the chances of it fitting, surely 0.2mm isn't a lot between friends.

Isn't that the distance in size between the yellow and red spokeys?

It is a lot when it comes to seatposts. To be positive though, a 27.2
Post Moderne seemed quite an easy fit in my 27.2 frame so you /might/ be
lucky.
