  1. I've been getting Post Exercise headaches after a really hard session. I've checked my hydration and thats o.k. (Colour of urine test) so its not that, does anyone have any suggestions and solutions. Its normally after a 3-4 hour ride with the local club

    I get headaches sometimes after hard sessions, but those are clearly tension headaches and so I simply pop an Ibuprofen as soon as I sense them coming. If you're like me, you might want to practice relaxing your upper body, shoulders, and stretching the neck now and then.
