  1. I had a pretty bad accident and I’m in process of healing (I just got home from hospital like 2-3 days ago). I had a compounded fracture on my left arm, concussion, and cracked L1 & L2 vertebra. I had a surgery on my arm right away and was in ICU for 3 days, then moved to regular room for 4 days. My doctor said I will be ready to train again in May. However, I would like to ask you guys about how to come back early from injuries. I mean this is not fair. I worked my ass off during the off-season and I was about to enter the first race of this year and this [censored] happens.

I believe that change in diet, maybe high-protein or high calcium diet and light exercise could bring me back early (but I do not know thing about post-injury diet or activities). Any thoughts or advices would be appreciated.

    Regards,

    Soo-re
