  1. It's just been revealed that Alric Knebel, a 3.5 miler, 3x a week,
    died while trying to increase his mileage to 3.6 miles. Apparently the
    stress of this tremendous increase in mileage was too much for him,
    and the extra 1/10th of a mile made his heart explode. A drug screen
    revealed crack, meth, pot, ludes, GHB, Viagra, extasy, and several
    other drugs present in his blood stream.
