  1. The white plastic steps going into our vinyl liner inground pool are
    turning yellow suddenly and I cannot seem to clean it off. Any
    suggestion?

    Probably from the sunlight. Live
    with it, or replace the steps.

  3. may be sun exposure or you are overdoing the chemicals.

    If the steps out of the water are yellowing it is a common problem with
    some plastics and sunlight.

  4. only doing it under water and I think it is from gallon of algaecide
    but that wa sin the normal application rate.

  5. I used an old bottle of Vitamin C and it took it off like magic! Just
    kept rubbing the pills on it as they dissolved. It was took late to try
    and find ascorbic acid at a pool store. They look new now. Who would
    have thought?
