  1. Does anyone know what can be done for a pool that has sides
that are about to cave in? The pool is 30 years old and has
    vinyl siding, not cement. Thanks

    What is behind the vinyl?

Yes it is below ground. Behind the vinyl is dirt.

Maybe it was a rammed earth structure. How large is
    this pool?

I don't know how you repair a dirt retaining wall. Anything
you do is likely to hasten the collapse.
