  1. Polenta Lasagne

    cooked polenta (sold in tubes)
marinara sauce (home made or store bought)
cooked spinach (fresh or frozen, well drained)
    fresh tomatoes, sliced
    mozarella
    goat cheese

You can make a lasagna out of polenta, using the sliced polenta in place
of the noodles. I make one layering marinara sauce sliced polenta, cooked
spinach, sliced fresh tomatoes, little shredded mozzerella and goat
cheese. After assembling bake at 350 until hot and bubbly
