    Hello all, Newbie here,
    I just bought a Polar Heart Rate monitor (S810i). I love the heart rate measurement beat by beat. How does one interpret the relaxation rate information?

    Any information would be greatly appreciated,

    Trying to reduce my stress
    Stressedout as it is.
