  1. Hello,

I have been using a Powertap for a few months. Though a decent percentage of my training is not just on the road bike / with the powertap. I do a good bit of riding/training on the mountain bike or cross bike.

In order to obtain an accurate PMC, I guess I have to estimate TSS for the non PT rides, correct? I currently haven't been riding a lot, maybe 3 days a week, I know I need to get some more time in - maybe on the trainer as its been pretty cold here. My CTL is currently 38.7, wow I just realized how low that it 🙂

How you recommend going about getting a fairly accurate PMC? Thanks for the help.
