"As a result police launched a clampdown on riders in the area headed by PC
Stuart Francis, who has been using his bike to enable him to get to areas

fortnight of the campaign we took just three calls of complaint compared
with the 18 calls in the previous fortnight," said PC Francis, who advised
youngsters not to go on the parks with their bikes."
