i tried riding it, and it went pretty good, If you fall its your own problem, you need more balance!

adults, or even bicycle racers.

Just like a manufacturer of children's toys isn't supposed
to make things with small parts, which a cyclocrosser or
3 year old could put in his mouth. OTOH, I always wanted
one of those "Johnny Flaming Torch" toys they used to advertise
on late nite TV.

You could go two for the price of one if you got Lawn Darts and set them on
fire.

Design flaw? There's no design flaw, it's just stupid; from first conception to
the moron who buys it. As to whether it's unsafe, well it is a lot safer than
rollerblades. You screwed up and fell - that's in the category of things we like
to call "your own damn fault." Same as when I crash my mountain bike into a
