I've been battling plantar fasciitis for a few months now. My wife
wrote this up to describe this common running injury.

Q: What is this thing and how do you catch it?
A: Space Aliens throw astroids at humans and this disease occurs when
you get hit on the foot by one of these incoming objects. Spouse
usually shows no sympathy as spouse has heard multiple times, all about
your numerous Star Trek injuries .
