While their use of flash looks quite good, I’m wondering why they have done the following:

1) Forced a useless intro page on every user (because they cant detect flash automatically and send users to an alternative version is needed?)
2) Hijack their users browsers and force a full screen display, there is simply no need for this.
3) Flash looks good, but is there really any need for it? The few links I bothered clicking on lead to content that would have been better presented without FLASH (Its just text).

Flash webistes annoy almost everyone I know, I can't beleive so many web designers still use it as if its the be-all and end-all of site design.

I see that front page but after being invited to "click & enter", all I get is a page of hieroglyphics. Previously I managed to get into the site, but alas, no longer!

Anyone have any suggestions?
