  1. I'm currently 19 Yeats old a little over 6'0" and weight about 170
pounds. I am a baseball pitcher. I am looking for a workout routine
to do during the offseason. I currently am just working one section of
my body each day (chest day 1, legs day 2, arms day 3, etc). I am
looking for a pitching based workout that I can do for each day of the
    week.

    Day 1- ?
    Day 2- ?
    Day 3- ?
    Day 4- ?
    Day 5- ?
    Day 6- ?
    Day 7- ?

I NEED to gain velocity on my fastball, which is most important at the
    time.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. As well as the weight aspect of
the workout, if you can, please include any cardio that would be
beneficial. Also, if you have any recommended supplements that would
help. I am currently only using protein. Thanks.

Well there's plenty of "catchers" on this NG, butt I'm not sure if they
play baseball or not, so you came to the right place for advice.
