I'm currently training to cycle from London to Lands End, been training since February and before that I hadn't been on a bike for 14 years ๐
The training is getting better but I do suffer from one thing EVERY time, at some point during a cycle I suffer from pins and needles in my feet. Is there any reason for this and is there anything I can do to stop this. It doesn't hurt but does cause discomfort when I'm trying to concertrate on cycling.

Try loosening the laces/straps on your shoes a little when you feel the sensation coming on. Also remember to wiggle your toes a bit as you ride to keep blood circulating throughout your foot.
