Seems easier to reply to the empty one...

Perhaps you need to check to make sure you've allowed cookies on thier site.
I regularly block site cookies (I'm spiteful) and very often that then
buggers up getting past a certain point in their chain of pages - I then
allow thier cookie if I want to go further and all's OK.

If you're in the habit of blocking, perhaps you've blocked in the past?
